They say a watched pot never boils. It can feel that way when you’re waiting for your redemption request to be processed. Once you’ve successfully submitted a redemption request, we aim to have processed it within 48 hours. Then, once we have processed your request, it heads off to your bank. From that point it is difficult for us to predict how long it will take, because each bank has different processing times. It may take up to 5 business days for the funds to reach your account, excluding public holidays and weekends. You may wish to contact your bank about their processing times.
If it has already been more than 5 business days and your winnings are still not in your account, please contact our Customer Support Team and we will investigate. When you email us, please include the date of your redemption request and your username so we can quickly locate your account and investigate your concerns.
