Will You Sink or Will You Swim?
From courtside to poolside, get ready for some serious competition as we dive into our third round of the Global Poker Celebrity Challenge! This round could be our quickest yet, as swimming sensation Michael Phelps steps up to the starting block quicker than a lightning bolt to prove his poker prowess. He’s a champion in the water, but will he be a contender on the felt?
Once again, we’ll be giving Global Poker players the chance to make a splash in a series of fast and furious Qualifiers (and when we say fast, we really mean fast — you’ve got Michael Phelps to contend with!), where winners will get to swim up against the speed demon himself.
From 16 October, running until 23 October, we have a riptide of Sweeps Coin qualifying events for Global Poker players to participate in. One winner from each Qualifier will advance to the Final, where they’ll have the chance to play against Michael Phelps and compete for some pretty awesome prizes. Michael Phelps Qualifiers—October 16—23
Running October 16 until 23, make like a butterfly and sting like a champion for your chance to qualify in our Michael Phelps Celebrity Challenge.
There are eight Sweeps Coin Qualifiers in total, taking place from October 16 – 23. Players will compete for the chance to win a slice of the prize pool, exclusive Global Poker swag signed by Michael Phelps, and to secure a place in the Michael Phelps Celebrity Challenge Final, where they’ll get to play against Phelps himself.
For those who are lucky enough to make it through to the Michael Phelps Final, you’ll need to register to play in the Final yourself. A free entry will be added to your account as soon as you’ve won the Qualifier, so once you see that in there, you can register for the Final immediately.
Michael Phelps Celebrity Challenge Final Winners
One player from each Qualifier will go through to the Michael Phelps Final, which will run on October 24. Those eight Finalists will get to battle it out against each other and Michael Phelps, for a chance to win a place in the Global Poker Celebrity Challenge Grand Final in November.

Heads-Up Challenge: Phelps Vs. Khaled
That’s not all you can look forward to. Players can also watch with anticipation as all four of our poker playing celebs go head-to-head in a series of heads-up poker battles.

Whoever wins the best of three games donates $10,000 to a charity of their choice. We’ll release the winner of the heads-up challenge on this page, so check back on 29 October to find out!
2 Grand Final Showdowns
After the four Celebrity Challenges, we’ll be wrapping things up in November with two Grand Finals—one for the celebs; one for the Global Poker finalists.
Four Global Poker finalists from each Celebrity Challenge Final will get the opportunity to participate in our Global Poker Celebrity Challenge Grand Final on 12 November. They will compete for a chance to win a rather special Ferrari Race Day experience—an all-expenses paid trip to a Ferrari Race Day experience of their choice in North America.
Our four celebs will be dealt a slightly different hand—they’ll get to battle it out against each other in the Celebrity Challenge Grand Final on 13 November. Only one celebrity can claim the top spot, but the top three winners will donate $90,000 between them to charities of their choice. Who will come out on top?

With only one more celebrity remaining on our superstar line-up, the competition is really heating up! Don’t miss the final round of the Celebrity Challenge 31 October, where DJ Khaled will be spinning the decks with an absolute banger!

What You Can Win—Superstar Prizes
If thundering down the pool with Michael Phelps isn’t quite enough to get you riled up and ready for action, don’t worry, there are plenty of prizes players stand to win too.
Sweeps Coin Qualifiers stand to win a share of the prize pool, a Global Poker T-shirt signed by Michael Phelps, plus a seat in the Michael Phelps Celebrity Challenge Final, where the eight Finalists get to play against Michael Phelps himself.
Four Finalists from each Celebrity Challenge will then compete for the top spot in the Grand Final, and for the chance to win the ultimate Ferrari experience; an all-expenses paid trip to a Ferrari Race Day experience of their choice in North America.

Celebrity Challenge Grand Final
Sure, these guys are stars, but are they players? All will be revealed in our Celebrity Challenge Grand Final. Watch Paul George, Karl-Anthony Towns, Michael Phelps, and DJ Khaled take their best shots in the ultimate celebrity knockout.
Only one winner gets to walk away with the cheese, and the opportunity to donate $40,000 to a charity of their choice. Second place gets to donate $30,000; third place $20,000.
