The majority of Jackpot Sit’n’Go Tournaments are played as ‘winner-takes-all’ tournaments but for the highest ‘Jackpot Level’ tier, the first place will receive 75% of the prize pool, second place will receive 15% of the prize pool and third place will receive 10% of the prize pool.

In the unlikely event that you enter a Jackpot Sit’n’Go Tournament and you wait more than 5 minutes for two other players to join, you will be given the option to wait longer, or deregister. If no selection is made for 15 seconds, you will automatically be unregistered from that Jackpot Sit’n’Go Tournament.

FAQs

1. What are Jackpot Sit’n’Go Tournaments?

Jackpot Sit’n’Go Tournaments are three-player poker games where each player starts with the same chip stack (500) and the prize pool is randomly determined at the start of the game. The winner of the game is the player left with all 1,500 chips (500 x 3 = 1,500).

2. How much can I win with the Jackpot Sit’n’Go Tournaments?

The randomly determined jackpot prize pool (decided at the start of the game once all players have entered) allows all three players to play for a prize pool up to 200 times the buy-in pool amount. Buy-ins range from GC 1,000 / SC 0.5 all the way up to GC 20,000 / SC 10, meaning if you hit the jackpot for a GC 20,000 / SC 10 buy-in, you are playing for a prize of GC 4 million / SC 2,000. The majority of Jackpot Sit’n’Go Tournaments are played as ‘winner-takes-all’ tournaments but for the highest ‘Jackpot Level’ tier, where the first place receives 75% of the prize pool, second place receives 15% of the prize pool and third place receives 10% of the prize pool. See the Prize Structure table above for all possible jackpots.

3. What’s the probability of hitting the 200x Jackpot Sit’n’Go?

There is a 3 in 10,000 chance of hitting the 200x multiplier, in which case the winner of the game wins 75% of the prizepool (The winner of a ‘Jackpot Level’ SC 10 Entry tournament would win SC 1,500). See the Prize Structure table above for all possible prize pools and their probabilities.

4. What is the rake for Jackpot Sit’n’Go Tournaments?

The house holds 6.01% as rake and it’s directly built in to the buy-in.

5. Is Jackpot Sit’n’Go available for Omaha and other poker games?

Jackpot Sit & Go tournaments are currently only available for Texas Hold’em.

6. How long does a game take to play?

With only three players, and blinds increasing every three minutes, blink and you might miss the action!
