How to Verify Your Account
Step 1
Once you’ve logged into the game, go to the menu in the top-left-hand corner. You’ll see a red X next to the Account tab. That means you’re ready to verify.
Click on the ‘Verify My Account’ at the bottom-right to start the process. You’ll need your government-issued photo ID, such as your Driver License or Passport. You’ll also need a photo of yourself. This can be a selfie.
Step 2
Click Start. You’ll be asked to choose your photo ID type. All you need to do is follow the instructions. Once completed you’ll see this screen.
You have successfully submitted your documents to verify your account. Excellent!
Step 3
Wait (but not long). Our Customer Support Team will be in touch once your account has been verified. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
Step 4
Once your account is verified, you’ll see a green check mark on your Account tab.
